T-Mobile Germany has announced to raise their pricing for new iPhone customers starting on August 15th by up to 120 € for the entry level tariff in combination with an iPhone 3GS!

heise.de has assembled a price comparison table for a better overview:

Modell iPhone 3G iPhone 3GS (16 GB) iPhone 3GS (32 GB)
former price / Tariff Complete XS 60 € 130 € 250 €
new price / Tariff Complete XS 160 € 250 € 340 €
former price / Tariff Complete 60 1 € 130 € 250 €
new price / Tariff Complete 60 100 € 190 € 280 €

I’m really interested if this will have any impact on the iPhone sales number here in Germany as T-Mobile is the only distributor. Maybe this even gives Android sales a small boost?
